Hello,

I am Mika Shinyo, a local guide licensed by Kagawa prefecture.

Kagawa prefecture is blessed with various spots of scenic beauty of Seto-inland-sea, traditional architectures and authentic restaurants.

If you haven't been to major tourist's spots like Ritsurin Garden (three star rated Traditional Japanese garden) and Kotohiragu Shrine (Shikoku's most famous shrine) those are good places to start. I also recommend Yashima and "Shikoku Mura Museum" (a nostalgic village-modeled park spreading wide at the foot of Mt. Yashima) and a ferry ride to unique islands like Naoshima, Teshima and Shodoshima, which is also an exciting journey as well.

The memorable hands-on activities like udon noodle making, a cute bonsai trimming or a cycling around the beautiful Takamatsu city are also recomended.
